About Me

Welcome Tigers for the 2017-2018 school year!  We have so much to look forward to in our amazing new school!  It is an exciting time of the year and wish you all the best for your academic, social, and personal endeavors. I am looking forward to my second year here at THS.  My advice to you is to always do your best and be a leader!
Everything that students tell the counselor is confidential.  That means what you say in my office stays in my office. want to hurt yourself or somebody else or that someone is hurting you.

*Set goals and make a plan to reach them
*Keep your binder, backpack and locker organized
*Study a little each day at home in a quiet place
*Eat a well balanced meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner
*Exercise for mental clarity and stress free body
*Have a positive attitude and be a leader
*Get involved with extracurricular activities
*Remember it is okay to make mistakes as long as it is a learning opportunity
*Limit time with technology
*Take initiative (be in charge of your learning environment)
