Here are 4 great reasons to #GiveNow:
1. Critical need for blood. Help ensure blood is available when and where it’s needed.
2. Patients are counting on you. Blood donations are going to hospitals faster than donations are coming in.
3. All blood types are needed. That means we need you.
4. Winter weather and flu season is affecting donations. Many regular donors have been unable to give due to illness or weather-related blood drive cancelations.
The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
Thank you for supporting the American Red Cross blood program!
