Congratulations to the following THS students who placed in the Top Six at Regionals! Top Three students advance to the UIL Academic State Contest on Saturday, May 1 at Liberty Hill High School.

Thrall High School is this year's UIL Academic District Champion for the first time in many years, possibly ever! These students and their coaches have been building this program and working hard, and it has paid off.
 
Writing events were held on Tuesday, March 23; speaking events were held on Thursday, March 25; all other event contests were held on Saturday, March 27. 
 
Overall School Results:
1st Place District Champion - Thrall - 727 points
2nd Place - Holland - 553 points
3rd Place - Thorndale - 138 points
4th Place - Granger - 122 points
5th Place - Milano - 83 points
 
Many Thrall students advance to the UIL Academic Region Contest on Friday-Saturday, April 16-17 at Thrall High School.
