HS Athletics Summer Workouts Begin July 27

HS Cross Country Summer Practice Schedule:
Week of July 27 - Practice starts at 8 am
Week of August 3 - Practice starts at 7 am
August 10 (School Begins) thru season’s end - Practice Starts at 6 am
ALL team members will need to be at practice every day
 
HS Football Summer Practice Schedule:
Week of July 27 -
     Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00-7:00 pm, followed by 30 min. of conditioning
Week of August 3 -
     Monday -Friday - 9:00 am-12 noon
 
HS Volleyball Summer Practice Schedule:
July 27-July 29
9 am-12 noon

8:00 am - 800 m Run
9:00-11:30 All Teams Practice
4:00-6:00 All Teams Practice
August 4
8:00 am - 800 m Run (those who have not made their time)
9:00-11:30 All Teams Practice

8:00 am - 800 m Run (those who have not made their time)

3:00-5:00 Freshman/JV (White/Purple) Practice

Weight Room Workout Time Slot Opportunities for HS and JH Athletes:
 
Week of July 27 - Monday-Thursday
8 am-9 am  -  High School Athletes  
9 am-10 am  -  7th-8th grade Athletes
10 am-11 am  -  High School Athletes  
5 pm-6 pm  -  High School Athletes  
6 pm-7 pm  -  7th-8th grade Athletes
7 pm-8 pm  -  7th-8th grade Athletes
 
-Students need to bring their own water. 
-Please drop off and enter on the North side (game field side) of the weight room then exit and pick up on the South side(high school side)
-We encourage students to leave as soon as workouts are over to maintain a safe environment.  
-Please send a mask for your student to wear.  They won't have to wear them all the time, but will need them part of the time.
-The workouts are not mandatory.
-Each student will be required to sign a Attestation for COVID-19 Form (available below) in order to work out.
 
Specific High School Sports will have practices, as follows during July 27 week:
 
Football: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00-7:00 pm, followed by 30 min. of conditioning 
Boys Basketball: Tuesday - 11:15 am-12:00 pm
Baseball: No Practice field under repair
Girls Basketball: Tuesday  - 4:00-4:45 pm
Softball:  Tuesday 7:00-7:45pm
Cheer: Wednesday 12:00-2:00pm
 
Other Important Dates:
August 7
     Parent Meeting at 6:30 pm
     Meet the Tiger at 7 pm
August 10  -  School starts with regular athletic period and practice times
