TISD Athletic Department has published a Google calendar for easy viewing of athletic activities for May and continuing throughout the summer. This should be a handy tool for TISD athletes and their parents. It will also provide summer athletic camp information for Elementary students and their parents. School Calendar 2017-18 Available

The student District Calendar for next school year, 2017-18, is available here (click on the title of this article) and also under the Parents menu. School begins on Monday, August 28 for all students. This calendar was approved by the Thrall ISD Board of Trustees at its Wednesday, March 22 regular meeting.

Traffic Flow & Parking Changes Begin May 8

Beginning on Monday, May 8, Thrall ISD will close the front parking lots and the front school traffic lanes on Bounds Street to allow for construction progress in these areas. This closure includes the entire front of Thrall ISD from the Elementary on the south end to the Middle-High School on the north end. There will not be access to park in the front areas and fencing will prohibit individuals from walking through the area. Bounds Street itself will remain open. Read more...

THS Digital Art Students Take 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place!

Thrall senior Dessiny Turk won first place in the Digital Art division of the 2017 Congressional Art Show and Competition, "An Artistic Discovery". US Congressman John Carter presented her and three other Thrall students with awards on Saturday, May 6. Junior Kyge Poling earned second place and sophomore Dante Reed took third. Eleven other students from Christina Strnad's Graphic Design II class had digital artwork and photography in the show. Their work will be on display through May at the Texas State University campus on University Drive in Round Rock.
